Challenge: Finish a piece using a surface or post-process technique such as electroforming, etching, cold working, or layered finishes. Let the finish play a meaningful role in the final design.

Surface treatments add depth, story, and tactile interest. This month is about seeing the finish as an extension of the creative process, not an afterthought—where patience and refinement transform a piece.
