Summer Fun

June’s Challenge has something for every skill level and has multiple options. HEY BEGINNERS, here’s your opportunity to learn and practice some easy sculptural techniques as well as what it’s like to ‘repurpose’ tools.

The Ice Cream Cone will be demonstrated at the June monthly meeting (6/12/2021 @ 2PM), and it’s perfect for beginners! The more experienced flame workers may add their own interpretation and wow us all!

Your assignment for this challenge is: make a bead that shows what you consider fun in the summer months – working in your flower garden, eating ice cream … even cooling off with a beer. Show us your beads and share your process if you like; better yet, volunteer with a demo. Post photos in comments beneath this post – and thanks for participating.
