Andrew will be making a fairly large assembly by building off a central point. This is entirely doable with ANY type of glass, but Andrew prefers the durability and shock resistance of the borosilicate glasses. He will push the limits of the material and make a fun piece that allows him to discuss scale and how to make good welds for stronger and larger sculptures.

Plus…BONUS! We get to see the birth of a non-contagious freestanding borosilicate virus sculpture without wearing a mask! Andrew will put on quite a mesmerizing show for us as he is a real magician with glass!
