In nature nothing is perfect and then again everything is perfect…
For the fourth consecutive year, Beads of Courage has announced a Call for Glass Beads and Sculptures from ISGB members. All proceeds from this project benefit Beads of Courage, Inc. a nonprofit organization providing innovative arts-in-medicine programs that improve the quality of life of children and teens coping with cancer and other serious illnesses.
The theme for 2021 is Nature.
Items may be either wearable beads or sculptural pieces and do not have to represent a literal interpretation of the theme. We encourage you to express your creativity and draw inspiration from the colors, textures, and beauty of nature. The items you create will be donated to Beads of Courage to be showcased by the organization during the Gathering and offered to supporters in an online auction with proceeds benefiting Beads of Courage.
Beads received by the deadline of September 1, 2021 will be voted on by the ISGB membership and the crowd favorite will be awarded a $50 gift certificate.
Please take advantage of this opportunity to share your artistry with a broader audience while supporting the worthwhile mission of Beads of Courage!
NOTE: Please carefully package and ship your beads in a well-wrapped, sturdy box, and be certain to insure and track your package. Entries are due by September 1, 2021.
