Hope everyone is enjoying this lovely Spring, and doing lots of glass work.

Revisiting glass storage tips, Beverly Seibenhener shared that she uses welding rod storage containers for transporting glass rods to and from classes. She also uses them to store rods in her studio. The containers have a clip on the side that works great for hanging them on her rolling cart.

The containers can be found at Walmart.com under “Lincoln Electric Welding Rod Storage Holder” or your favorite welding-supply source. Kelly Six says she buys her welding rod holders in different colors, one color for regular glass, and a different color for silver glass.
