An Evening with Alexx Cheng

The amazing Alexx Cheng will be celebrating his 65th birthday with the Florida Glass Dragons! Alexx will entertain us with a brief history of his glass career, his sometimes outrageous and kooky tools and his unique torch set up in his state of the art brand new studio!

Depending on time, Alexx is planning on demonstrating a few of his techniques with glass: feathered tubular beads, use of filigrana rods, and deep plunged floral beads with cubic zirconia! And, additional time permitting, Alexx will demonstrate his trademark deeply encased zigzag bead! Come join us for a birthday celebration to end all celebrations! Get the popcorn popped, the drinks ready, go to the bathroom, and get comfy, cause this night is gonna rock!
