With recent changes in our officer roles, we’re embracing a team‑led approach while we rebuild a strong, sustainable leadership structure. Our focus is on shared responsibility, open communication, and supporting one another as we continue to grow.
Invitation to Join the Leadership Support Team
We’re inviting members who feel aligned with a collaborative style to join our Leadership Support Team. This group will help:
- support ongoing programs and events
- share ideas and problem‑solve together
- keep communication flowing
- help shape the direction of our community
- create a strong base for future officers to step in
You don’t need to be ready for a formal officer role. You don’t need to take on everything. You just need to enjoy working with others and contributing to a shared mission.
