Membership Application

This form is for renewal or new membership.

Dues are renewable each January. If it is late in the year, you will still have access to all recorded demonstrations for that year.

After processing your application, we will be sending a welcoming email with important information for you. Please be on the lookout for it – as it may end up in your spam folder. In addition, please add Glass Dragons to your contacts!

Any information you share with us will be used for membership functions such as meeting scheduling, events, contests, and bead swaps. We will not share your information with vendors or other organizations.  You will be asked if you would like to be included in our Membership Directory. We take your privacy seriously.

Individual Membership $30            Family Membership $45

After filling out your form and clicking the submit button, you will be directed to your payment page to complete your registration.

The most common errors:

  • left a required field unanswered – checkboxes, text area, etc.
  • didn’t click the “Submit Form” button at the bottom of the form; it takes you to the payment page.
