March Meeting 2018 – Let’s Etch!
Please join us on Saturday, March 10th, 2018 for a Florida Glass Dragons Monthly Gathering! This month we will be demonstrating and exploring different ways to etch glass. Glenda Long and Margie Chan have been doing stained glass for years. They will be demonstrating and showing different techniques to etch glass. Glenda is graciously hosting the meeting and has a sandblasting machine that we will try to set up as well. If you have ever been interested in etching this is a great class to explore several avenues of etching! We will have fun, food, raffles, demo’s, and glassy camaraderie!

Time: 11:00 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Food Suggestions: Finger Foods. Bring something to share with the group.
The mission of the Florida Glass Dragons is to promote the diverse art of glass beadmaking and other glass working techniques; to be socially responsible through support of worthy causes; to provide a nurturing environment to all members; and foremost, to have a good time together through our common passion for glass.
As always, you are encouraged to bring your artwork for show and tell and don’t forget your donations for Beads of Courage! If you would like to bring any supplies to sell that you no longer want (and want to sell)…feel free. (You may also bring anything else you would like to sell as well:)
