Janie Jones is sharing a couple of great tips with us this month!

• If you feel like your fuel is running low, work on making spacers, twisties or stringers until something runs out. That will allow the use of every single ounce of oxygen (if you use tanked) or propane, without ruining something big and gorgeous because you ran out right in the middle of it!
• If you need a bigger gather when attempting something larger, rubber band 2 rods together (or 3) and melt them all at the same time.

In Fused Glass: What is the difference between Tack Fusing and Full Fusing?

Tack Fusing refers to low temperature heating in which different pieces of glass stick together but still retain their individual shapes. (Flower)

Full Fusing happens in high temperatures, in which different pieces merge smoothly into one another. (Earrings)
