But what color is it really?

This month we have a couple of tips about how to know what the glass color will be after you use it.

A tip, learned from Melanie Graham’s great blog, is to make a small bead or even just a paddle of each color and glue it to a backing. Identify it by color, name & number so you can see what the glass will look like once used, annealed, and cooled. Sometimes they look just like the rod, but not always.

It does not have the name and number of the glass used, but shows the difference in how the rod of glass looks, compared to how the finished beads look.
